I COME FROM
I started with computer science and entered professional life in a metalworking environment, working across information systems, software, industrial automation, production, purchasing and quality.
At the same time, I continued my studies in Economics and Business, completing my degree while already professionally active.

WHAT I DO
My work combines international auditing and assurance, advisory, consulting, training, facilitation and governance roles.
That cross-organisational exposure has become one of the most important sources of my professional understanding.

My focus increasingly combines digital and organisational transformation, AI-enabled operating models, cybersecurity, innovation, process design and organisational resilience.
I am interested in the point where emerging technology becomes an organisational question.
Technology taught me how systems work.
Business taught me why they matter.

Transformation is where I bring those perspectives together.
